Well Woman Exams
 We perform both routine and problem-based gynecological exams with your comfort as the priority. Paps are done using ThinPrep® acquisition
system, ensuring a high quality of accuracy in diagnosing early abnormal
cells and decreasing the number of "false-positive" results that require
repeat testing or biopsy.
In addition, HPV testing is automatically done on all abnormal studies, further
decreasing the unecessary worry about an abnormal pap result if the HPV type
is determined to be of the "non-aggressive" virus family.
We also offer GARDASIL®, the new immunization vaccine against HPV, offered to females as young as 9 and up to 26 years old.
The female annual exam, is an excellent opportunity to reassess other broad health concerns, like breast cancer screening, colon cancer screening, immunizations, and other health concerns that you can discuss in private with your physician.
Most annual exams, contrary to general opinion, are effectively and affordably conducted by your family physician!
